Watercolor Tricks & Techniques book giveaway!

Last month I found this book at such a great price, I picked up an extra to share with one of you!

Leave a comment below before midnight EST Thursday, June 12th,  for a chance to win - I'll announce the winner Friday morning in my Mix-Ability post!

This 160-page spiral-bound easel book is packed with tips and tricks, techniques, and lessons for the beginner up to advanced painters. Watercoloring is so much fun and is one skill I've really pushed myself in over the last year or so. I still have so much to learn, and I look forward to learning from this book when I have the time to sit and absorb.

Good luck to you! I'll be back Wednesday with a card to share!

Thanks for stopping by!

Thank you for all that you so generously share - I found your pencil investigations so in line with my own questions when I first began using pencils but had very limited supplies. I've been looking at watercolours & acrylics more recently & have decided that I much prefer watercolours but I have so much to learn & pracise when it comes to not only techniques but different types of papers. Thank you for an opportunity to win some help.

Wow Dina,
Do kind of you to share. I'm learning watercolor and i have to say that i love the fact the watercolor teaches you to stay still and listen to the paint, wait, wait, do another layer. So far i love it but i have lots to learn. Thank you for the awesome chance to win this book.

Oh Dini, thank you so much for your generosity with the book give away, I'm sure it will be loved by whoever wins!! I love your blog, love to try my hand at watercoloring, and need lots of help to improve my technique. The effects of this medium are what appeal to me. There is a delicacy about the transparent look to it. And the "puddling" look of the colors from one color to another just looks so beautiful to me. There is such a fragile look from shade to shade to me. In other mediums we shade and blend to have no lines, yet in watercoloring, that water line look is what I love about it! Is that crazy or what?????

As much as I love my Copic markers and pencils, I must say the beauty of watercolors just knocks my socks off!!!!!

Thank you again for the chance to win........ :)

A good bargain is hard to pass up isn't it? And for you to think to share it here is awesome. I can't think that you have so much to learn about watercolor, but now me. I have much to learn. I would love to have a good book to help me along. Just looking at watercolors others have done and trying to do what they did has helped some. And I guess just practicing it more helps as much as anything. That's what I've been trying to do for a while now.
