Impression Obsession DT Challenge: Masculine

The Impression Obsession team's challenge today is to create a masculine project.

I had this coffee set out for another project (Coffee with Friends), and decided to use the larger image to test out the larger 4" Art Squares that I just got from Inchie Arts! I used a variety of coloring mediums to arrive at this finished piece - love this larger size!

I started with a watercolored base, using Distress Markers and Shinhan Premium Watercolors to create a wet-into-wet background. Subsequent layers on the background were done with stamping, textured watercoloring through drywall tape, and Inktense Blocks. I shaded the coffee pot with a variety of pencils, then added the steam in with a white pencil and white acrylic marker.

Other stamps used: CAC Cells, French Letter
